Who runs this site

This site is run by Liliia Chernova, candidate for Santa Clarita City Council, District 5, 19719 Sky View Ct, Santa Clarita, CA 91351.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through the contact form:

• your message;
• your name, email address and street or neighborhood, if you fill them in. All three are optional.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics tools or a mailing list, and we do not ask for anything else about you.

How we use it

Your message is read by Liliia. If you leave an email address, she may reply to you. That is the only use. Your message is never sold, never shared with another campaign or organization, and never added to a mailing list.

Who else handles the data

• Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the messages, delivers them to Liliia's email inbox, and runs Turnstile, the "Verify you are human" check that keeps out spam bots. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google serves the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google Fonts when the page loads. Liliia's inbox is a Gmail account, so a copy of each message is stored there. See Google's privacy policy.

Like any website, these providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when you visit. We do not store your IP address with your message.

How long we keep it

Messages are deleted 30 days after the election, by December 3, 2026, unless you asked for a follow-up.

Seeing, changing or deleting your message

Send a new message through the contact form and tell us what you want: a copy of what you sent, a correction, or deletion. Include the email address you used, if any, so we can find your message. We will do it and confirm within 10 days if you left an email address.

Tracking and "Do Not Track"

This site does not track you over time or across other websites, and it does not let others do so for advertising. Because there is no tracking, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
